About me

I am a qualified counsellor and a member of the BACP, with experience supporting people through life-changing events such as bereavement, serious illness, divorce, redundancy, and other significant transitions. I work with individuals navigating grief, loss, and the emotional challenges that can arise when life feels overwhelming or uncertain.

My primary training is integrative, including person-centred, Transactional Analysis, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), allowing me to tailor therapy to your unique needs. I have also completed Level 5 training in attachment-based psychotherapy, which helps us explore how early and current relationships influence the way we cope with difficult experiences, loss, and change.

Alongside this, I bring extensive experience from the health and social care sector across the UK, supporting people in a wide range of challenging and personal circumstances. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, providing a safe space to explore your thoughts and emotions, develop self-compassion, and build resilience through life’s transitions.
